Everything you need to manage your vehicle plan is in one place — book services, request repairs, get roadside help, and contact support, without digging through paperwork or hunting for phone numbers.

• Submit a Smart Repair request for scuffs, scratches, alloy wheel damage, or minor bodywork dents, with free quotations
• Request tyre replacements or puncture repairs through our partner network
• Get 24/7 breakdown assistance with UK-wide roadside support and recovery
• Report an accident and access claims management, courtesy vehicles, and legal support
• Submit warranty claims for mechanical or electrical faults
• Message our support team directly on WhatsApp, including sending photos of damage or faults
