found all drivers to be extremely courteous helpful when asked for advice as to destination which is the best stop to disembark at etc. Generally cheerful whilst working in a very stressful environment driving and dealing with the general public.

Awful. Told me I could use my old login details. I can't. Had to reregister. Lost my payment method and can't add it back. I use a friend's PayPal as don't have cards. The interface is also awful and muddled the old version had a simple to use layout with everything quick to find. Please fix ASAP or allow us to use the perfectly fine and much better laid out old app rather than this garbage.
