For a local council this is honestly a great app, being able to accurately see where the buses are and accurate times for arrival is a godsend. It's relatively intuitive and easy to find information and is pretty stable.

Awful. Told me I could use my old login details. I can't. Had to reregister. Lost my payment method and can't add it back. I use a friend's PayPal as don't have cards. The interface is also awful and muddled the old version had a simple to use layout with everything quick to find. Please fix ASAP or allow us to use the perfectly fine and much better laid out old app rather than this garbage.

Threw out the one good feature of the old app - the quick-access bar at the bottom - and replaced everything else with sharper, more visually-confusing elements. Live departures are practically unreadable at a glance, obvious colour-coding is gone in the ticket purchasing screen, and it requires a brand-new account instead of using the old details. Not to mention that the buses are less convenient and more expensive than running a car. How have you not got this right yet?
