Awful. Told me I could use my old login details. I can't. Had to reregister. Lost my payment method and can't add it back. I use a friend's PayPal as don't have cards. The interface is also awful and muddled the old version had a simple to use layout with everything quick to find. Please fix ASAP or allow us to use the perfectly fine and much better laid out old app rather than this garbage.

Thanks for your review. We recognise it wasn't particularly clear at first how to set up the new app - So we've added a banner at the top of the screen now with instructions for everyone. Bus times are inaccurate. Multiple times, within 1 minute or the same time, for the same bus are displayed and often, disappear and reappear when the page is refreshed or just don't turn up. It's hard to plan when to get to the bus stop without having to wait for ages due to these inaccuracies. The bus company itself is shoddy, at best, charging some of the highest fares in the country and operating an irregular, unreliable bus service, so it's no surprise that their app is dreadful too.
