Don't like the updated app, doesn't respond when I increase the temperature. It could be temperamental before, but the screen would blink to show it has registered, now it doesn't. When it does work, it takes ages to turn the heating on, so you wait ages to see if it's going to switch on or not.. Easier to go downstairs to switch on at thermostat which defeats the object

Got a very strange fault, Hive us setup on my account and working, can use my phone on mobile data 5G, can do everything from turning lights on/off change heating temperature and so on app works fine. As soon as I go onto WiFi in the house the app will NOT connect to the services, ALL other apps work fine, not running any VPNs. all wifi data turned on as should, I can only get it to work on mobile Data. And yes my hub is connected to the 2.4ghz band just not work on WiFi.

Update: I've just updated the app and I now have "sorry, we can't retrieve your devices events". I can't even view live, either. Hive outdoor camera videos are no longer playable. they all say "oops, something went wrong" and won't play any recordings. No thumbnails appear either for the video recordings

What’s new

We’ve made some exciting updates to improve your Hive experience:

- Away Mode Notifications: For Hive Plus users, you can now enable or disable Away Mode notifications via a checkbox in the app to get a notification an hour before the scheduled Away mode end time.

- Solar Wallet Updates: The new Solar Wallet page now includes a Savings and Earnings tabs. You can also add your tariff, ensuring you get the full value of the Wallet.
