An app for businesses that have staff working on multiple sites. It integrates seamlessly with CleanLink Software's web-based Site Master application. Use it to assign, schedule, report progress and monitor work at each of your sites. You can also collect data using your own customised forms, such as Quality Audits, Health & Safety Audits, Service and Staff Reviews.
Administrators/Managers can:
- Check staff daily work schedule and see their progress.
- Create new clients and sites.
- Schedule Jobs and Tasks whilst on the move.
Employees can:
- View their own work schedule and the details of each job.
- Update their jobs with progress information.
- Complete forms as part of completing a job.
- View the work schedule of anyone working at sites that they manage
- Make changes to work schedules.
- Access a client's extended details, including contact information and list of sites.
- Monitor time spent on individual jobs.
The app comes with sample data so most functions can be tried, but any data changes cannot be synchronised with the Site Master web application. To use the app's full functionality with your own company data, you must purchase Site Master.
