I've found the Action for Happiness app to be really helpful. In these difficult times it demonstrates that there's still a lot of joy & kindness in the world. I struggle with chronic anxiety & the twice daily reminders are a great help... Even if I can't always follow through with the action it's a reminder to prioritise my mental health in my daily life. I also love the invitations to attend sessions & hear speakers & the monthly top tips. It really does help me to manage my mental health.

This is such an encouraging app. Beautiful posts you can screenshot and share. You can post your own images or just look at other posts. There are daily inspiration posts and quotes and occasional videos with inspiring talks. Such an easy way to keep your spirits up when you feeling good, but also serious and deep words of affirmation for when you are feeling low. Very lovely to share with friends and encourage others. I've used this app for years now. Let love grow in your space too💖🌿

I haven't had a great year, and when 50 Ways to Feel Happy found me in a book store one day, I picked it up and started following the exercises and I slowly started to regain the happy feeling. I became so addicted I wanted more and it was this book that lead me to Action for Happiness and I haven't turned back. It has been uplifting in difficult times. It gives me great tips. I love the talks from the doctors and psychologists. If you're feeling low give it a try. It will change your life.
