The app is easy to use and the member of staff at Newcastle airport was extremely helpful. I've never received any confirmation from them after I returned my car - twice. On my first hire car I received a parking fine and it's taken them 7 weeks to notify me about it. They paid the fine using my card without my authorisation and even charged a £60 admin fee which is a rip off. I've sent an email to complain, but no answer yet. Maybe it will take 7 weeks to reply. Be aware.

The app doesn't show anywhere their rentals are limited to 100 miles a day. It's also nowhere in their rental terms (I read it in full and searched for the word 'mile') and nowhere on the booking confirmation. There's not even anywhere to purchase unlimited mileage that would hint at such a policy. Very sneaky as this is not a normal rental policy amongst the big firms. Won't be renting again as I hate hidden charges.

Impossible to use on my Android One Plus phone, the pop-up box with cookie policy does not move so impossible to accept and get to booking screen. have booked elsewhere as a result,this has been the case for many months now,zero updates.
