The app is easy to use but there are a few kinks they need to work out. For one they need to figure out how to take items off the menu if they are no longer available. I ordered a salad only to arrive and find out the order was rejected because they didn't have enough lettice. There needs to be seamless communication between the app and the store. Lastly, they need to give the option to pay online. Otherwise the app serves the purpose it was designed for. This shows progress and initiative.

Makes odering effortless.. However it takes to long to get your order, lot of times you still have to wait at pick up, which defeats the whole purpose of using an app.

Great app, only issue is the timeframe to get your order , but its quite convenient in terms of getting exactly what you want.
