Ratings and reviews

Like many I installed the app for the £5 promise.. it turned up that's an imaginary £5 that there is no way you can use due to countless "terms and conditions" that may allow you to use it on a £7950 ticket that you can find somewhere else for £3.50. Don't bother

Can't buy standard day return tickets- gettin "ticket type not available" all the time. Have reported it before feedback channels multiple times- no response or action. Also would like it to remember the time of day i normally buy tickets in the common routes- for commute it's painful going through multiple pages and settings every day

Very clean user interface. Most, if not all, of LNER's excellent competitions (such as win a year's free travel) can only be entered through the app. That in itself is a good enough reason for downloading it. Moreover, it has never let me down, and I would recommend it to anyone.
