Review from A Google User
Practical and intuitive This app is practical, intuitive and very handy. It does just what it should. My one criticism is that when choosing a home station, you can't selelct "London (All)". The app only offers specific London stations, such as London Victoria or London Euston. When I'm out of town and planning my journey home, I just need information for the train that will take me back to any London terminus. Perhaps a future improvement.
Crappy iPhone port and now you want to show targeted ads based on location. I thought the recent update might have included a visual overhaul to, you know, make it look like an Android app. No, you won't get paid for laziness. Not from me. Uninstalled.
Horrible interface, the more in a rush are the more horrible the app will seem. It has location targeted adds but the damn app doesn't know my nearest train station... You can see apps priorities...
Unable to login constant loading symbol. Tried to tell me no off peak tickets left with a 50% hike in price for anytime tickets. Went directly to the train company site, bought an off peak ticket no problem. Rip off.
Basically I use the same journey every morning and evening to and from work. But its not clear how to save a journey and when u do it doesnt show the timings for today, instead it show for the next day! It doesnt fit for people who use it for their work journeys.
Bad UI, which as others have said hasn't been updated in quite some time, and now they want to use location tracking to display targeted ads. Uninstalled and looking for an alternative, great job national rail enquiries 👎
Abysmal user interface that's massively in need of an update. App is buggy and horrible to use, intrusive adverts at the bottom of the screen that get in the way of navigation. App looks the same as it did about three years ago, I mean come on!
