I love buying clothes from this store, especially for my daughter. However, the app itself sucks! It always freezes, items I've added suddenly disappear, and sometimes, after I add an item in the basket, it says, "sold out." Another thing would be how almost all items I add get sold out so fast it's annoying.

I made an order. I received the email with order details, but I don't see my order in the Order Tracking/ My Account. I also made changes in cart. I updated sizes and the UI was updated, but my changes weren't applied 😕 unbelievable. worst app ever. even support team can't update/cancel the order.

OK but not great. The filters can be iffy, and it won't let me use my saved card - the radio button just doesn't work, so I have to put in new payment details every time. The app always opens on a specific product as well, I have to force it to go to the home page and give me menu options. All in all it works, but it's buggy, it could be better.
