One of the reasons I started loving Brands For Less was because you used real models with normal, everyday body types instead of only very skinny or supermodel-looking models. It made it much easier to actually understand how the clothes would fit. Lately I’ve noticed a lot more AI-generated models, and it’s a huge turn-off. Not only can you no longer properly judge the fit, but sometimes the AI even changes the pattern, shape, or details of the actual clothing.

Highly Disappointed.. I ordered Puma shoes, but when I received them, the size wasn’t right, so I requested a return through the application. However, I couldn’t find any option to track the return, and no one came to pick up the shoes. I eventually left the shoes outside my apartment, and now I don’t know whether they were picked up by the delivery team or if someone took them. The return process needs to be much clearer and more reliable.

Great app, but the move toward AI-generated models is hurting the shopping experience. It’s now difficult to judge the actual fit and cut, with trousers almost looking identical , and T-shirts... often looking almost the same . you can't tell an oversized article from a slim one. Real model photos give customers much more useful information and could help reduce uncertainty and returns. Please consider bringing them back.
