Nice Like the look of the new update. Just finding it a little slow to respond to commands at times
Let's me keep on top of what I've been charged, how much data I have left and buy more if needed. Also I know exactly how much I will pay for my monthly bill and what I still owe for my phone.
very useful app good way of keeping an eye on your what you are using and if your running low say on data you can soon add a bolt on
Just perfect. Everything is in the right place and is all accessable easily. There are little to no bugs and you can check your ammount easily of data easily which is great for students, like me, who use slot of data. 10/10
Firstly, for those on a new sim, people still have to phone customer services to remove those annoying messages pushed to your phone after every phonecall and text. It should be opt-out by default. Secondly never top-up before your data, text or minutes run out. Instead of it just expiring it eats into your credit to give you extra of what you've ran out of without notification. Highly annoying! I'm still not sure if I'll stick with O2.
Very helpful app. There is so much to this app, you can spend quiet along time on this app
You can't even top up via the app. O2 are miles behind their competitors.
Pay As You Go customers can now change tariff from the My O2 app.
