Review from Peter Whiting
Nice Like the look of the new update. Just finding it a little slow to respond to commands at times
Not exactly the apps fault but trying to top up p&g with a debit card always fails. Why do you make it so hard to accept debit card top up ? And why can't I pay using PayPal instead of putting all my card details in only for it to say there was a problem right at the end. A Google search seems to suggest that the debit card needs to be linked to your account ? If that's true then why is it not mentioned anywhere or any links to set it up. Easier ways to top up from within the app needed than calling and it failing.
*Seriously* cumbersome. The full-blown Quora app (which is a lot bigger than this) runs twice as smoothly. Mind you, that's no more than I'd expect, seeing how pitifully slow the O2 website is: it's atrocious, even on our quad-core, 2.7gHz PC with 3GB DDR3 RAM, an overdrive to 3.2gHz, and 50Mb+ fibre broadband. Both app and site could use some *major* optimisation! Also, please provide alternatives to addressing complaints to you on Twitter or Facebook. There are people in your customer database who DO NOT use social media, or even actively HATE it; what else are such people (my husband and I are two) meant to do about problems with this app? We should not be penalised and left by the wayside, just because we don't want to plaster our private lives all over the internet.
