Nice Like the look of the new update. Just finding it a little slow to respond to commands at times
Great app could be better App has always worked fine for me on my sony phone. Some good features and being able to see your usage is great. Just if possible I would like to see the length of calls on the itemised bill. Also the possibility of a warning when I'm running out of minutes and texts would help.
02 app Worked fine until 02 update 11/11/16. Since then unable to access. Customer service on phone useless and local 02 outlet say unaware of any issues. S 3 phone not due for upgrade until 4/17 so basically paying for service without access. Only winner 02. Not good.
The app worked for ages without any problems. I did the recent update and now all I get is a blank blue screen. It's gone downhill like 02 itself
The app works great The only thing i dont like is it doesn't let me make extra one off payments off the device which is a shame. I could pay my debts off sooner if i was allowed to do so.
App needs a serious update I tried to pay a bill via make a payment and just got a blank screen instead. I tried uninstallin and reinstallin to see if that was the problem and now i cannot sign in. I even gone to the forgot login details and just got another blank white screen. The app ran okay last month and when I was tracking my mobile data.
My O2 app Awful. Blank blue screen with the new version. Before that got 5 ★ but now it's unusable. Please get it fixed. I loved the old version.
