Second Nature exists to change minds about losing weight.

Our app uses behavioural science to retrain your mind to make healthy choices automatically, so these stick in the long run.

But we don’t just look at what you’re eating and how much you weigh. We also look at your sleep patterns, exercise levels, how you regulate emotions, and other habits that impact the way you might be feeling.

We also pair you with a registered nutritionist who provides one-to-one advice and supports you to build new, healthier habits.

Our app also has hundreds of simple, indulgent recipes as well as daily articles that explain the science of healthy living - so you feel empowered to make changes, rather than just being told what to do.

there a few minor glitches but on the whole it has helped me understand food, changing habits and much more, I am currently starting week 3 and have lost 2 kg, although there are adjustments to the meals if you are not looking to lose weight. I was referred by my GP. I cant wait to get to the sustainability part but everything i have made from their recipes has been so tasty and delicious, I have more confidence in trying out different foods as well as foods I have had to avoid in the past.

Really sensible and informative programme, where you choose what you eat, with low carb being the main requirement, but also addressing why we overeat, great cooking ideas, getting back to more veg in our diets, and forming good habits for life. Its working for me.

articles good. When writing comments, text obscured by key board so I can't see what I've just typed. Can't seem to correct habit list I put in. Have only just seen daily suggested habits listed. The whole app is confusing to navigate.
