About this app

Log into your Net2 or Paxton10 system from anywhere in the world using your smartphone or tablet. Switch between multiple sites quickly and easily with simple biometric identification. All key system features can be accessed from the Paxton Connect app. Administrators can view and edit features for which they have been granted prior permission.

Paxton systems currently supported

Net2 Pro

Log into your Net2 system and access:
• User creation and administration
• Token enrolment
• Live events and filtering
• Reports (read only)
• Roll call report generation
• Online and offline muster control
• Open door

Net2 Pro v6.00 or above is required. For full system administration, the Net2 desktop software is required.

Paxton10

Log into your Paxton10 system and access:
• User creation and administration
• Live events and filtering
• Reports
• Buildings and devices (read only)
• Roll call report generation
• Online muster control
• Control device

For full system administration, a desktop computer running the Chrome web browser should be used.

When it works, it's great for what it does. Logging in is always iffy even with the latest update I'll get a site cannot be reached for unknown reason errors. I would like to see the ability to set a custom day from the app as every time we are closed for snow or have late starts I have to dig a computer out remote in just to set this. It lets me adjust the time zones but not apply a custom day which is just strange to me.

WHEN this app works, it's awesome. Unfortunately, "working" has become the exception, not the rule. I've uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times, restarted my device, done all the usual tricks - it tells me I have an invalid username or password, but I know that's not correct, because it's the same information I use to login on the computer. Excessively frustrating.

App is really rough. It requires authentication every time I switch to it and loads for several seconds between open, fingerprint, loading doors list, and finally I get to unlock the door. 12 seconds per door all day long is frustrating when every other modern app is able to preserve authentication at least while open if not indefinitely. User account management on the server is tough and the app and server don't agree on the rules for username. There is no password reset/recovery in the app.
