I use the site all the time and I like it, but my only problem is, when I use the filter to look for XL t-shirts it doesn't register. so I think "That's nice" and click on it to buy it and the XL is mostly always out of stock. even though I've set the filter to only show me t-shirts that have XL in stock. would be good if this could be fixed, because otherwise, it's a really good site.

Poorly designed and hard to search. To search by product type the options are limited. For example I wanted to look at sweatshirts/jumpers and this doesn't appear as an option in men's clothing. Poorly designed genrally, all items appear together in one page with limited filter options. App also lags, typed searches take a while to load.

Filtering by size doesn't work half the time, several shoes I wanted order turned out to be out of stock. I wanted to start returns process but the app crashed when I went to my orders page and clicked on my last order. I used to be a big fan of route one but the ux on the app is so irritating, I'm just gonna delete it and use something else...
