This app was formally called Cast My Radio, it's been rebranded to better reflect the new functionality added over the years. It's the same app, just a new name.

Ratings and reviews

Works well - with one little niggle. The track information doesn't update with the stream, it just sticks showing the name of the track that was playing when the stream started. Also, the artist tag isn't shown. This is for an Ogg Vorbis stream, I haven't used it for any other types.

Find this app very useful. Every radio station seems to want to have its own app, but I don't want loads of apps on my phone. I have managed to replace all my apps with this one single app. I managed to find all the radio stations i listen to in the search, and a few more I am enjoying from the top 100 lists. The app is built around casting to devices, but the new local player addition is useful. The amount of functionality in the free version and lack of adverts is good.

This app does its thing simply and with no fuss. I noticed one of my favorite streams stopped working with the app. Broke in another app too. Contacted the developer, and within a few days, the app was updated with an added feature and the stream is now working. Kudos to Droidsoft for outstanding support!
