A contraction timer that takes one tap, because you have other things happening.
Tap when a contraction starts, tap when it stops. The app does the rest: length, the gap since the last one, and the pattern over the last hour, laid out so you or your midwife can read it at a glance.
THE 5-1-1 WATCHER: it quietly checks for the pattern you were told to watch for, contractions five minutes apart, lasting one minute, for one hour, and tells you when you have reached it.
SIMPLE OR DETAILED: a stripped-back screen with nothing but the button, or a fuller view with averages and a chart. Your choice, changeable mid-labour.
PARTNER MODE: hand the phone over. The timing keeps running.
BREATHE: a slow paced circle to breathe with when you want one.
SHARE THE LOG: send the whole history as text to a partner, a midwife or a triage line.
