Absolute dung. Constantly loads, displays errors, or doesn't send a pin to allow login. After a 30 minute hold to speak to a Human on the phone (whom was really nice), the only solution is to go to the Post Office, the thing this app is meant to stop the need for. Then there's also the super genius (/s) bit where if you can't get to a Post Office, you can apply by post with a form, which must be collected from a Post Office. Ineptitude and idiocy at every step in the UK.

Trying to change my address on my driving licence, but the app just repeatedly says the scanning of my ID is blurry. Online browser-based verification doesn't work either, and, naturally, neither does the help chatbot, which offers predefined responses then says it doesn't understand them. Have we gone back in time? The only option left for me to update my driver's licence is to go to the post office.

Frustrating process that doesn't improve once you've added your Veteran digital ID. The secret to adding your Veteran card is to use a laptop or desktop PC with a recognised browser. I initially used my phone and was sent round and round in a loop. Once added it's a bit meh....What's the point? There are no settings to customise the app and as such you're forced to add your fingerprint repeatedly. Such a waste of taxpayers money. I seriously think school kids could make a better app.
