Customer journey is awful and confusing. Links don't take you to exactly where you need to be. Really bad app. I am just trying to change my address with the DVLA - something I swear used to be quick and easy a few years ago and now requires a whole set-up process with a 3rd party app. It all feels very uncomfortable and invasive. Am going to have to go back to the paper form and postal method!

A lengthy Identification process using selfie camera is appalling. If it fails due to too much light it does not give helpful suggestions or warnings, it just lets you fail and fail agaIn until it shuts you out after a few attempts (which is too many apparently) . Then you have to try to prove your identity online in another way - which, in my case, failed again. Hours out of my life which I won't be getting back.

Cannot complete login. Instead of native form, sent to a browser to log in. Afterwards, presented with a "Continue" button, which brings me back to the same page. Settings > default apps > open in app is correct. Doesn't help. Tried the Continue link in 3 browsers (chrome, Firefox focus, adblock browser) but all do the same. Google pixel 6a. To add insult to injury, one of the AppSupport email addresses below is an unmonitored mailbox and the other one doesn't even exist.
