Ratings and reviews

I like the round up option of Chase, but what I really DON'T like, is, when I open the app and it shows me an amount of money on my account, which is NOT correct, as latest spending are never deducted. Not even on the next day. I have to tap on this amount to see transactions and only then the available amount on account decreases. It can increase when receiving money, but not decrease after spending... Totally annoying when I quickly want to check if I have enough money on account!

The worst customer service and the worst bank. One of the only reasons to use chase was the cashback, then they TRIPLED the threshold for it and changed it from all transactions to barely anything. Then they won't even pay out the little that you are owed, had my time wasted for almost 2 hours with a customer service agent who promised I would get the cashback I was owed then last minute went back on everything they said and claimed I didn't qualify when the app clearly shows I do.

the saving pots are useful, even if the interest rate went down by a lot, but the app is often buggy or fails to open. it's also tricky whenever I need to go in and give permission for a purchase - if I miss the notification, or sometimes even if I don't, i need to send the request again to make it work. it's frustrating to be incentivised to keep the spending pot so low when it can be fiddly to go in and top it up on the fly.
