arrangements. Month by month calendar view or detailed list of future-dated commitments.

Tasks
Create, assign, and track care responsibilities across the
circle. Everyone knows what needs doing and who's doing it. Tick the box when creating or later to have the Task added to the Calendar if desired.

Family Chat
Private messaging for the whole circle. Separate from the
Care update so conversation stays conversation.

Medications
Track prescriptions, routines, and medication schedules in
one place. Reduce errors and keep the whole circle informed.

Contacts & Members
Members of the care circle, plus key contacts like GPs,
specialists, and emergency numbers — always to hand.

Expense recording
Keep a record of small ad-hoc expenses you incur as carers. These add up and you have a central record of the financial cost and the time spent on shared care. Download on demand to a spreadsheet.

Data availability
One click exports of all care data in your private care circle that you can use in the AI tool of your choice to spot trends and risks in the care of your loved one. KinBridge specifically excludes trend analysis and care advice but provides the information you are collecting in a structured spreadsheet format anyone can use.
