About this app

A cross platform peer to peer wifi and bluetooth communication app. No internet connection needed. It allows you to make voice call, send chat messages and publishing content like a personal web server. It also enable you to place order, make booking, consuming services from the service provider apps within the same wifi network or connecting peer to peer with bluetooth.

"ho say oh", the way we say "hello" in Penang. This is the client app that when connected with the service provider apps, it can interact with the service provider to carry out ordering request, placing the booking, accessing content of the provider or registering for a queue.

it is filling up the blind spot where internet coverage is not available. You can continue to communicate locally with the others that connected to the same wifi hotspot or p2p via bluetooth connection, to send chat messages, making voice call and sharing information. To replace the content serving from the internet website or online e-commerce application, WhyIT service provider apps allow you to continue serving the content and application from your mobile device. Imagine, putting a web server in your pocket everywhere you go.

The app will continue in background and receive notification if ignore battery optimisation is allowed when in use.

Ratings and reviews

Great app to chat (& call) with another person who has installed the same app on their phone. Both WiFi and bluetooth methods work (I switch the WiFi on my phone off for bluetooth chat). Possibly needs a bit of refining, or maybe it's just like that because of the speed at which bluetooth detects, connects and relays information? Thank you... amazing app here...and hope you continue improving on it!

Penang boleh! Malaysia boleh! Cheers! It is a Great wonderful app! Great idea to use offline. Beside it's commercial use, it is useful when in jungle or mountain. It is certainly a useful survival app in disaster when power supply, internet and phone line out of service. Bluetooth was connected without problem. However, WiFi connection failure. Pls look into it.

This app offers Bluetooth and WiFi but they need the caller and recipient to be using the same WiFi or Bluetooth... You may as well or the phone down and talk to them as they're going to be in the same room!
