it is not allowing me to take a picture it keeps giving me adds that I can't get out of so make a better and real game that allows you to take an xray

I think i broke my toe so I looked up a app to help me find out then when I ernt in to the app it was an image of a hand being xrayed(idk)and all you could do was make the image bigger-
