Ratings and reviews

So far so good. Building up points, so I haven't tried to redeem any yet. Will update this after I redeem, or at least try to redeem, some. In the beginning it wasn't bad. Time consuming, but not bad. However lately, the only word to describe the app is fraudulent. Not giving points after completing surveys. Changing itself to a music station that doesn't work so it doesn't have to issue points. Fraud. Period. I think a class action lawsuits is in order for all of the stolen time from people.

I've been using this app for several years, but 2 years ago switched to iPhone which doesn't have an available Mode app for redeeming points, only the app for listening to music. This week I switched back to an Android phone and added the Mode app. Not only was I shocked to see that I had only earned 7,600 points over the past couple of years, those points would only qualify for a redemption of $2. Not worth the time or effort not to mention how draining it is on your battery and phone speed.

Update... Now there is very annoying music playing at all times until you force stop the app. You can even hear it while you're listening to your music. It sounds like a toddler app playing in the background. Yes I know it's this app because it stops everytime I force stop this app. You also can't turn off this apps ability to overtake your lock screen. I've tried writing in about both of these issues multiple times with no response.
