I thought this app was great at first because being a truck driver it would alert me to accidents I need to avoid. Problem is lately the alerts come often after the accidents are either cleaned up or I've already passed them. Also there needs to be a way to pick what alerts you get, like you do the counties so you can weed out weather alerts or endangered runaways etc. I have a couple counties that has sent out the same weather alert 60+ times. Extremely aggravating. I'm like, ok we get it!!!

We apologize for the multiple alerts sent to some communities on Feb 16 due to a fault on one of our servers. We acknowledged in the app, and took measures to prevent multiple alerts like that again. Our traffic data comes from your state's DOT, which may be slow to put out notifications. For real-time travel info try Waze or similar GPS type app.

I have this app on my old phone and it works great, but when I try to download to my new phone, the whole app crashes and won't even open. This app helps me a lot since I travel the interstate for work.

good when it works, hasn't had any updates in 4 days, even though we've had severe weather just these last two days and multiple accidents and nothing at all is listed on the app.

We haven't had any system outages in several months. Can you advise which State and County you were not receiving notifications for? Have you verified that you have not muted or otherwise blocked notifications for the InfoOne app? You may try removing and then adding the community back to re-subscribe to notifications as well.
