Having issues but have no one to actually support! Every time I post an issue to support I get the same answer "we're working on the issue and will let you know...." news flash, nonome works on no issue !!! All they do, is email you few days later to check if the issue have Been resolved....NO, I still have issues probably about 5-6 MONTHS !!!!!! This company is TRUSH !!! Avoid at all costs!!! Now they say I need to update app...but there's no apdate available! Jobox say it is avail to 40%- B.S!

Horrible horrible horrible they used to be so good but after the company got sold 2 years ago there is no support and updates anymore there's so many bugs and problems in the app and they're not willing to give you a credit card machine unless you pay for it although you're making them a lot of money by charging customers

The way they handle updates is annoying at best & costing me time & money at worst. It's usually the latter. I've had to triple the amount of time I spend with my last 3 customers bc they want to force me to update the reader. Which takes way too long to make a customer wait for. So I manually entered. Then I finally have some time between calls to do the update, and guess what! Now when I make a test call to handle that, I'm able to complete the transaction w/o updating the reader. What?!
