Zero in person customer support. Have 3 pictures and frames in my cart, currently only want one. Apparently not possible to order just one, once multiples are in your cart. But was told via email "we don't offer phone" support. I have seen the owners commercial, he talks about how he started, great, happy for him. He needs to look back at how he started, as this business has lost my business due to customer support only available via email. Very unfortunate.

I usually take six international trips a year and take tons of photos. A good number of my photos, I believe, are very suitable for framing. I recently discovered Keepsake, and had seven photos framed, including a prize-winning photo. I found selecting frames, photo sizing, etc. very easy to complete. The pricing is very reasonable, but I am also impressed by how quickly my order was completed. Most of all, the framed photos are beautiful. I will definitely use Keepsake in the future.

I wanted to send my 4 yr old granddaughter a framed picture of the two of us reading together during a recent visit and chose Keepsake. The app was very easy to use and to upload the picture from my phone. Good choice of sizes and frames and the price was reasonable. It got there quickly ( without expediting shipping) and it looked like the quality was very good from the video I saw of her carrying it around.( They're 3000 miles away). I will definitely use Keepsake again.
