CheckMate helps accounting departments and company employees quickly process VAT deductions for receipts paid with corporate cards—without manually transferring data.
Scan the QR code on the receipt—the app automatically retrieves receipt data from the State Tax Service (ofd.soliq.uz)—including the seller, TIN, products, amounts, and VAT—and saves it in a single company database, ready for submission to my.soliq.uz.
How it works:
1. An employee scans the QR code on a paper or electronic receipt with their phone camera.
2. The app automatically receives and parses the receipt data—seller, products, amounts, and VAT.
3. The receipt appears in the company's shared database—in the app and in the accountant's web CRM.
4. The accountant verifies the receipts, filters by employee, TIN, or IKPU code, and exports the data to Excel for VAT deduction.
Features:
• Receipt QR code scanning with the camera - no manual data entry
• Automatic extraction of seller, products, amounts, and VAT
• Receipt history with amount, date, and quantity
• Web CRM for accountants: all company receipts in a single table
• Filters by date, employee, seller's TIN, and IKPU code
• Customizable table columns and export to Excel
• Separate access: employees see their own receipts, while the accountant sees all company receipts
Best for:
For accountants and employees of companies in Uzbekistan who pay with corporate cards and must confirm VAT for receipts with QR codes.
Data security:
The camera is used only for QR code recognition - images are not saved or transmitted anywhere. Receipt and account data are stored on CheckMate servers and are used only for your company's accounting. The app does not display ads or share data with third parties.
