I couldn’t access the app because the identification process failed several times. I tried multiple times, but it still wouldn’t verify my identity. Please check the issue and fix it, or provide an alternative solution so that I can successfully log in.

The designers must update its icon as it's looking very inconsistent among other app icons. It should be modernized and simple, just like TBC UZ, Anorbank or other apps. Secondly, the app should include facial verification to verify the user rather than blocking the access and beg for calling to a specific number. That's very inconvenient

I installed the app 2 days ago but I couldn't get it Identification, I think this function dont work. I wrote to call-center in telegram but they say we will tomorrow,I dont answer, I want to create card and try website but it dont work. If you call 4004, they does not pick up the phone and you'll be waiting.I am disappointed with their service.
