Be careful with topping up money into your account, Ucell does a lot of scam. I wanted to freeze my number for a year and they didn't provide this service, they waited for a day, took money for a month subscription and then wrote: there is insufficient money. Then I tried to withdraw the remain to another user, they didn't allow me to do this. Don't top up in advance, you will lose your money. They do answer withing 15-30 working days, forget about customer support ....

Pls explain what on earth the app uses gigabytes of data on Wi-Fi? Installed on 3 Aug, till now (18 Aug) used 50 GB of Wi-Fi traffic, of which 33 GB (!) on background. Similar case in the other Android device it was installed to: though only 3 GB in background (as the app was opened/used once). On mobile data, most traffic is also on background. Does the app somehow steal the info from the device? Already restricted background usage. (Couldn't attach screenshots of data usage stats.)
