A disgusting online service. They took my number without any notification. I've written a bunch of emails to the support team, but none of them have been answered. I can't come to the service right now. I'm abroad. Be prepared for the possibility that you may be left alone with your problem. Ucell, please respond to me!!!

the app is the worst SIM app ever, with a lack of information about the tariffs, they don't care about the user experience and user interface, really awkward to use the app, i would give 0 stars if it was possible, I'm switching to Beeline and recommend you to do so!

I m frustrated with the ucell entirely. too much rubbish restrictions will not be using it for more than just few days or even disable it slot registration imei are to be shared just to buy a sim card. still I respect the rules and bought it. I experienced worst of all the things needed and paid for. Internet is unstable and can't make calls and send ams or updates of u cell service are not in any way easier for me as I have to stay for short time. its not okay with me
