VB-AUDIO Software / VBAN-Receptor Lite allows listening to VBAN "Stream1" in CD Quality Format (44.1 kHz, 16 bits Stereo max) and transform your mobile device in High Quality Wireless Headphone.

VBAN protocol is made to transport native audio in PCM format on any local network (LAN or WLAN).

VBAN Stream can be generated by Voicemeeter Application, the Virtual Audio Device Mixer (www.voicemeeter.com). VBAN Stream must be called "Stream1".

- Play / Stop Streaming.

Other functions in menu:
- Display mobile device IP-Address.
- Setup VBAN Protocol UDP port.
- Setup Network Quality (to optimize latency).

Ratings and reviews

Works with voicemeeter potato vban on set name(stream1), channel, and 44.1 samples. You cannot change them without purchasing full app. Garbled audio when using VBan lite on android with bluetooth as mentioned in another review. I already own lite version, paid version, & paid walkie talkie versions of mobile VBan on iOS which does't have the Bluetooth issue. I'll have to hold off until the issue is resolved on android for those devices. Going to be an iOS only party for a while.

Currently testing to see if I want to purchase the full version. When the phone is unlocked it works great, but as soon as my phone locks the audio cuts out about every 10seconds, and it's a long cut out. Basically 10s of audio, 10s of silence, 10s of audio, 10s of silence, etc. Then when I unlock the phone the audio is not glitchy and I have to pause and restart the stream. Waiting on vb forum account approval so I can ask on there.

App has a bug wherein it incorrectly triggers to playback over Bluetooth/Headsets after connected for CALLS slider is toggled on, and often ignores devices connected for AUDIO. It also absolutely hates Bluetooth LE/LC3 audio but if you try enough times it works occasionally. Lastly, if you try and force it to play Bluetooth via "separate app sound" avd control is via "individual app volume", it will piggyback on your media player and glitch to 200% volume deafening all nearby. Fun product!
