Welcome! This is the official Bem Cuidar app, offered by the State Department of
Education and Sport of the State of Paraná (SEED), our objective is to contribute to the care in
health of teachers and civil servants belonging to the active staff of SEED, guaranteeing the offer of a
service that promotes the promotion of your health with dignity, respect, quality and acceptance.

Here you will find quality of life guidelines, in addition to making appointments for
teleconsultation with Clinical Psychology. It's a quick and convenient way to access professionals
of health that will offer service to the servers of the state education network. are queries
with specialized professionals, lasting, on average, 50 minutes, in the comfort of your home and
no waiting in clinics and hospitals.

To register is very simple: just enter your Expresso login and password. The registration screen
profile will ask for a photo of the user's face so that it is possible to make a certification of
ID and a photo of a document - which can be a National Driver's License (CNH)
or an Identity Card (RG).

After completing the registration, the user will perform a quick and easy health questionnaire. In
according to the needs of each user, he will be able to schedule an appointment with the professional of
health.

The user will be notified by email and by the application itself of the appointment scheduling.
We recommend that the user is in a bright place, with stable internet access. like the
healthcare professional is responsible for initiating an appointment in the app, we suggest you are
online and logged into the app 5 minutes in advance, and wait. If after 15 minutes your
consultation is not started, please contact the “Contact Us” of the 'Bem Cuidar' application.

If it is necessary to issue documents, 'Bem Cuidar' will make these documents available in
PDF format for your users.
