Trailbot is independently-owned and not owned by VC or PE. I (John) run this app as a community service to give back to those who help making riding on our trail systems possible. Some people advocate, some people dig, some people communicate. My contribution is code. I'm just a regular guy and bike shop owner in MN who wanted a better way to get trail conditions, so I built it. Great app with no adds and bo need to make yet another account. Just gives you the information needed (granted is user generated) but definitely the best MTB trail conditions app around.

Incredible up to date app for getting trail status updates, plus EXTREMELY fast to reply. I sent a request for a trail not listed thinking it'd be days, if not never, before I got a reply. Not 10 minutes later I was emailed asking for more info about the trail and a suggestion of who to contact. Download this one if you ride and don't want to be surprised by a closed trail again

Overall, I've appreciated having this app. It's been a bit crashy lately on my Pixel 5, though. Update: Thanks, John, for the speedy response. I didn't have a way to message you other than via review. I uninstalled (was on 3.1.7) and reinstalled the latest. Seems back to normal. Thanks for your great work and service.

What’s new

Trail managers: big update for you! New 'Manager' section mirrors the web manager. Not everything is there yet, but you can view/respond to issues, track and approve volunteer worklogs, add/edit access for people and more all in one central location.
