Love this app! It gives me great peace of mind to know I can speak with a veterinary professional 24/7! Instead of running to the local ER and waiting for hours, I can chat with them and know if my pet's issue is urgent or not. Love that I can reach out about non medical issues as well and they always try to be as helpful as possible, and super friendly :-) It's great having guidance on general questions without having to take a trip to the vet's office when life is already hectic enough!

didn't work. when trying to sign up, either on the app or online, the length of commitment box is missing, making it impossible to sign up.

First: misleading in a potentially dangerous way for pet owners. Virtual vets cannot perform an adequate exam virtually, and a virtual vet isn't the answer for the behavioral concerns mentioned in ads, meaning a pet is deprived of necessary medical attention. Second, absurdly expensive considering what's offered, unless the owner needs around the clock vet access and a new Kong toy (of extremely limited options) every month. Overall, not something I would ever use or recommend.
