Introducing the getVICKI Rewards App! Create an account to start earning VICKI Rewards Points. Points can be used to earn discounts and free products at any VICKI machine. Once you've created an account use the map to find a local VICKI. Once at a VICKI machine, add your thumb biometric to finalize your account and access the machine without your card in the future (don't forget to use the same card and contact info to complete your account at a VICKI). The getVICKI Rewards App also allows you to activate promotions to earn more VICKI Rewards Points. Manage payment options, preferences notifications and settings with an easy to use interface.

*** For customers who have already created an account at a VICKI machine. You can finish your account in the app by selected "create account" and then "biometric user" and by entering the same payment and contact information used at the machine.

The app is broken and worthless. Downloaded the app and it will not open on my phone. It just sits on a white screen when you try to open the app. I've also completely cleared all data for the app from my phone too. Did not make a difference... same result with sitting stuck on an all white screen when trying to open the app. The company needs to fix their app.

The app just gives a white screen. The vending machine doesn't work without the app, and if you tapped your credit card as instructed, it doesn't give you a way to cancel. It still says my card is approved 10 minutes later. I guess someone will get a free order using my card. To add insult to injury, the machine gleefully brags about its voice assistant features, just hit it's "Ask a Question" button...except...it doesn't have that button anywhere. This is the worst vending machine.

Downloaded this app previously and it only worked a few times. It's used the wrong payment method twice when it did work. Tried removing the payment method that wasn't supposed to be used from the app and it was still used. Contacted customer support about a month ago and never received a response. Then was unable to add any payment method at all. Uninstalled then reinstalled the app and now it doesn't work at all...
