No notifications are received whenever a transaction is made on your account whether a debit or credit ! So fraud transactions cannot be seen until I login and browse transactions! The only time I receive a notification is when I use QR Code to pay and these are the transactions that I am personally making so I don't really need a notification for these!

I used to love this app because of its elegant, simple experience. But they keep sending me unwanted notification about some unnecessary promotion. I dont need that promotion. And I can not turn off the notification because it is a banking app. And it does not have an option to turn off notification for promotion either.

Very poor cardless withdrawal service. The cardless withdrawal feature is extremely inconvenient. The process is too complicated, OTP is delayed, and many ATMs don’t support it. It wastes a lot of time and is far from the seamless experience that was promised.
