Ok app until encountering login issue with no clear solution from the support service. They simply asked me to change my phone without trying to troubleshoot the issue. After I called twice and persuaded them to do sth with my app & account, they agreed to try reseting my device connection and asked me to check if that would resolve the issue. Will update this review if their solution works; otherwise, I'll have to switch to another bank because it's no use with a bank app not working.

After recent update, when I opened the app, it shows "The device's bootloader has been unlocked and is no longer secure". Why did you guys do this? I have a Chinese phone and I had to unlock it in order to use Vietnamese and Google Play Services. This is so unnecessary and frustrating. I am unable to use the app now unless I buy a new phone. Terrible decisions in term of UX.

not allow to open with unlocked bootloader. I do not have access to my accounts Techcombank should give the option to keep working with the app even if the device is unlocked. Lock the device back wipes all memory, cannot be done.
