Ok app until encountering login issue with no clear solution from the support service. They simply asked me to change my phone without trying to troubleshoot the issue. After I called twice and persuaded them to do sth with my app & account, they agreed to try reseting my device connection and asked me to check if that would resolve the issue. Will update this review if their solution works; otherwise, I'll have to switch to another bank because it's no use with a bank app not working.

No notifications are received whenever a transaction is made my your account! Not good to intercept any fraud. Biometrics have stopped recognising me, 10 fails and it's now locked. Help desk are absolutely useless, I'm overseas and told them so in my email and they always reply with "visit a branch with your passport" so what's the point in having a help desk when they don't help just cause frustration!
