No notifications are received whenever a transaction is made my your account! Not good to intercept any fraud. Biometrics have stopped recognising me, 10 fails and it's now locked. Help desk are absolutely useless, I'm overseas and told them so in my email and they always reply with "visit a branch with your passport" so what's the point in having a help desk when they don't help just cause frustration!

i literally almost messed myself up when i bought a new phone. i had to revoke the whole access first and in their word i could just log in after. i had my whole face scan only for them to make me to go through the OTP scanning bs while i am living overseas. so now I am technically locked out of my bank account because they do not even allow you to verify through email. they spam the fk out of your mail box but make no use of that

Update Nov. 2025. Complete biometric failure. Completely locked out of the app and all accounts. New facial recognition feature is worse than useless. Doesn't recognize the face 90% of the time. Completely garbage. Choose a different bank.
