I don't think anyone who sits on the product side actually uses the app for mobile pay. It has two things that slow you down. First it asks for your fingerprint twice to pay by QR code (just before, and just after, once should be enough) Second, it puts a drop down notification on the successful payment page, but every vendor in Vietnam wants to take a picture of the success screen without the it. They usually hit the notification away, but sometimes that clicks through and you navigate away.

The app is terrible. The balances and saving account aren't displayed correctly. i once had to contact customer service to get them updated manually. Now, this error happens again. unfortunately, I am not in vietnam to be contacted by vietnam number. And we can not fix it thru Gmail or any. Just no solution! Omg, which year are we in?

Ok app until encountering login issue with no clear solution from the support service. They simply asked me to change my phone without trying to troubleshoot the issue. After I called twice and persuaded them to do sth with my app & account, they agreed to try reseting my device connection and asked me to check if that would resolve the issue. Will update this review if their solution works; otherwise, I'll have to switch to another bank because it's no use with a bank app not working.
