The app is easy to use and helpful for finding electric buses, but sometimes the bus doesn’t show up according to the timetable. Still convenient overall, just hope the schedule gets more accurate.

The app is very useful, but it recently stopped showing the estimated arrival time with an error 'No internet connection' even though I have internet access.

Awesome experience with vinbus, right on time and frequent busses to grand world, hope it expands to sunset town side as well with atleast few buses
