DOES NOT WORK FOR FOREIGNERS OR INTERNATIONAL CARDS The app lets you register and takes all your information (Name, Passport number, takes your credit card and verifies it) only to be told told that the QR code payment is not supported for you. what a waste of an app. do not use when you have no vietnamese phone number and bank account. I contacted support and they can not help at all.

at the time of writing this review after spending 4 days in Da Nang, another popular tourist destination. I could hardly find a shop a restaurant or anywhere that offer to pay via vnpay. it looks as it's almost dominated by Momo pay app. so the bottom line for me, even though the application itself is good, it was completely useless for me.

It worked before but not now. The QR scanning keep reporting that the codes are invalid. I literally scan the codes from multiple vendors which provided the VNPAY App QR such as Vinamilk and Fahasa. Been trying multiple times but always get errors
