I downloaded this app after seeing an advertisement for the VNPAY app at Da Nang airport. However it constantly fails with an unsupported merchant error. Furthermore foreign users cannot use the basic wallet top up function and must link a credit card directly. It is frustrating to provide extensive personal data for registration only to find out the app lacks merchant support for international cards. I highly advise skipping this app until it improves.

the app doesn't work at all for foreigners! always after scan qr then want to pay they tell you this merchant not support. another instance is where you want to pay then they say your verification have issue and ask you to logout and login again! until now i haven't made any payment using VNPay successfully be it in Da Nang or Hanoi! total waste of time and effort!

Totally useless. Set up account linked international credit card but still can't scan to pay. Waste of time and effort.
