Ratings and reviews

With the new App, we are unable to get information about Carbohydrates, proteins, etc information. Only showing calories information. And also required the trend data charts for blood sugar results and protein, carbohydrate intake. Comparison of meal vs blood glucose results to understand more. Total intake calories, proteins, fiber, nutritients per day also not coming. Now calculating manually. Charts are required to understand quickly.

The step count doesn't sync properly with Googlefit. especially after 5000 steps ( I guess they don't want customers to get qualified for the insurance discount by having 6k steps) Even after registering complaints, they closed the ticket stating they have synced from their side. When Google fit shows 8000 steps the app( after sync) shows 5000 steps.

I am a paid member. Since last 2 days, the messages of the coach are not received on chat box. They appear in notifications, however the chat box keep on showing the Coach status as "connecting"; but it never gets connected. I have written 2 mails, but still none has contacted me or replied to me.. Please resolve on urgent basis. Thanks.
