Install the EDP app and always take your energy with you.

If you already use the EDP customer area, you can use the same access data for the app.

If you are a new user, you can register directly in the application. It's easy and fast!

If you have questions related to the EDP App you can:
• Consult the "Customer Support" area at edp.pt
• Contact the helpline for private customers: 213 53 53 53 (weekdays from 8am to 10pm | call to the national fixed network).
• Contact the business support line: 217 50 53 50 (weekdays from 9am to 8pm | call to the national landline network).

The new layout is beautiful. However, the app performance (which wasn't that good previously) is worse! Please work on the app performance, as it makes me think I'm using a phone from 2010 (I have a snapdragon 865, 6GB RAM and UFS 3.1, should be enough for any app...). Please fix the app performance!!

this is a nifty little app. Quite useful at that time of the month, not much more needed. However, i just found out that it "wants" access to all phone functionalities! Why? Why, do you need access to my contacts? Why do you need access to my camera? And my location? Really? Are we before a typical Portuguese laziness or is this just incompetence?

Phone number input for MBWay or sending the Multibanco reference in SMS format always gives an error in the last 30 days (yes, multiple working phone numbers and app launches from different devices were applied for these use cases). Check the backend for the issue since the app doesn't send error codes nor detailed description to the end user and fix it.
