One star, because you can't rate zero. Reasons: 1. Didn't allow access to forecast of my next bill (fancy app but, not consumer or eco friendly) - be4 unclear, now seems worse. 2. Dramatic changes (not for the first time), difficult to catch up with, customer looses too much time adapting to new system, too frequently (feels like twice a year, or so). Very draining for those who use the app frequently. 3. App crashes a lot. Consider first two aspects and I will consider new review.

EDIT: I wrote this message last time you upgraded the app, 6 years ago. Guess what, you updated it again and the same errors are occuring again. You'd guess that having a core team on a critical app (electricity company) with correct QA, testing and development would be the most important thing to do. Original abridged: Phone number input for MBWay ~~ always gives an error. Check the backend for the issue since the app doesn't send error codes nor detailed description to the end user and fix it.

it won't open without going back to the apps store each time and entering login and password. then goes around asking for code from email then code from sms text on my phone. Bring back the old app for hea ans sake. isn't the new app tested before it was rolled out. Old version always kept me logged in!
