The workout is great and I love the game. Meta has made the process for signing into the app a huge dump. And now they're trying to ruin the game. I turn on my connected device, turn on the app, and still is not recording heart rate even tho everything is working fine. They need something better than having to connect 2 devices anyway. Just connect to the device software and record automatically.

For those who are having trouble with signing into the app and are only getting a white screen instead, the fix that finally worked for me was (temporarily) changing the phone's default web browser. Once it was no longer set to Chrome I was able to sign in with my meta account, but before that the login was completely broken for me like many of the other recent reviews. Supernatural will certainly need to implement an update to fix that moving forward.

Update: Android issue and finally found a work around. Supernatural was the primary issue I had, but it wasn't their issue. I do love the app and what it has to offer in addition to the workout. The app was useful until it wasn't. In November it refused to update. I tried reinstalling and it refuses to install. This makes it impossible to sync my watch and get HR data. This was a spotty at best feature before. Now, completely unusable app.
