It will not let me vote for boys planet and like only boys planet. Idky. It just has a magnified screen I can't get out of, it takes too long to load and it's just a blank screen, and it has like a button, I assume, is used to go up of scrolled all the way down, but it just pops up something a the bottom and doesn't do anything. The app also usually kicks me out when I open it, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, all of that but it won't work.

When I try to vote for StrayKids, I can't. Today, I was trying to vote for SKZ new album, and I did the whole process thing. And, after I did the "verify if ur a human, or that checking to see if ur a robot" it just loaded and went to a black screen. After waiting for that black screen for 2 minutes, it just took me back to the voting place. I wasn't allowed to vote. It used to be good before though, now it doesn't work. Please try and fix it, it was a really good app.

I cant vote using this app. At first i thought maybe it was a server error (cause i tried voting right after the episode aired) but thr same thing still happens. I pick my three applicants, i click vote, it takes me to a recaptcha, i do the recaptcha, it takes me to a blank black screen with 0 responsiveness, then it takes me back to choose my applicants. there's not even an error message. ive tried logging in n out and uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works. i cant vote.
