Séance (French for “session”) is an integrated program designed to support all layers of you—body, mind, energy, and spirit. It isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s a reliable framework that helps you slow down, tune in, and build meaningful, lasting change through consistency—not intensity.
This is a phased program: you move through four layers—body, mind, energy, spirit—allowing the work to unfold gradually, with a clear path forward.
Each day is laid out so you always know what’s next. The program meets you where you are, with adjustable movement progressions, built-in rest days, and a pace that moves with your timing.
A daily rhythm you can keep
Most days offer about 15–30 minutes of practice, divided into short touchpoints throughout your day.
Your day may include:
Receive (3–5 min): morning lesson
Center (1 min) + Notice (1 min): quick returns
Sense (15 min): deep awareness practice
Move (15 min): awareness in motion
Reflect (3–5 min): evening journaling
Rest (5–10 min): bedtime meditation
Restore (weekend): longer restoration
Align (5 min): a guided meditation that deepens connection to the weekly theme
Ready when you are.
The app opens on the Today screen where you’ll see what’s next based on what you’ve completed and the time of day. Complete at least one practice and the program advances. If you don’t, it simply holds your place—nothing skips ahead, and nothing is lost.
Progress at your pace.
The Move practice adapts to you. Make it gentler or more challenging anytime. There’s no push to advance—the practice meets you where you are.
Guided practice, your way.
Listen with a read-along transcript, or keep it simple with a timer view. Move is shown on video, so you can stay present and simply follow along.
Made for real life.
Built-in rest days support recovery, catch-up, or repetition. Set time windows and reminders that match your schedule. Save practices for offline use—Saved becomes your personal library, with auto-downloads for travel, commutes, and low-signal days.

Guides offer context for the practices, tools, and program—what you’re doing, why it matters, and what to notice as you go. The aim is clarity, not confusion: a framework you can follow, with insights that help you track your experience and integrate what you’re learning.
