I really loved when I availed their trial version last year and having Alyson as my professional was really helpful so I waited until I felt really in need and has enough budget but when I came to finally subscribe today, (1.) I was told to look for new professional, (2.) My payment mode cannot be deleted from their app. PLEASE fix this. (3.) I applied a promo code but it did not even take effect on the said billing. I will only edit this once i receive a proper response from the team...

Thank you for your reply. But if I can't access the 1 and 1 help, then it doesn't really interest me. Thanks anyway. Unsure about it. It doesn't say have in app purchases but it says it in the app. I don't know if it would've stayed free with limitations or what. Also trying to find a answer there's no search in the FAQ you pretty much have to contact someone, or deal with the slim answers provided.

This app doesn't tell you immediately that there are fees/subscription upon signing in. You will just notice the subscription when you already have an account. Their help service is also slow, unfortunately when I saw the reviews, they have same concerns with me and most of it doesn't have any response from the company. I'm hoping that you will improve your costumer service.

Introducing in-app video sessions - join sessions right in the ThoughtFull app, no more Google Meet links. Tap once to join, switch camera, toggle audio/video, and see your Professional clearly.

Sessions are only recorded with your consent, never by default. You'll see a reminder before recording starts, plus a visible indicator while it's active. If you decline, your session still proceeds normally.

After your appointment, quickly rate how it went. Feedback is optional - skip anytime.
