The app was fantastic when I used it a few years back. I have to say that I regretted coming back at all though, because there have been one too many bugs to fix, and it has affected my experience greatly. While the bugs were fixed accordingly, it took time and honestly, there are only so many bug fixes required I can take before it loses my trust. I'm never coming back after I get another problem fixed again. It's atrocious. Within one month, I've had to contact them at least four times.

I really loved when I availed their trial version last year and having Alyson as my professional was really helpful so I waited until I felt really in need and has enough budget but when I came to finally subscribe today, (1.) I was told to look for new professional, (2.) My payment mode cannot be deleted from their app. PLEASE fix this. (3.) I applied a promo code but it did not even take effect on the said billing. I will only edit this once i receive a proper response from the team...

This app doesn't tell you immediately that there are fees/subscription upon signing in. You will just notice the subscription when you already have an account. Their help service is also slow, unfortunately when I saw the reviews, they have same concerns with me and most of it doesn't have any response from the company. I'm hoping that you will improve your costumer service.
