About this app

Count down to your Walt Disney World trip with a Disney World countdown widget on your home screen, a photo slideshow, Disney trivia, a ride checklist and a packing list you can print or share.

Countdown To The Mouse is an independent, fan-made app and is not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company. This WDW countdown is made for trips to Walt Disney World in Florida (not Disneyland).

HOME-SCREEN COUNTDOWN WIDGET
Place your WDW countdown widget anywhere on your home screen and see the days until Disney every time you unlock your phone.

SEND A MINI COUNTDOWN TO YOUR GROUP
Share a mini countdown in a text or group chat so everyone who's coming along counts down with you.

DESIGN YOUR MINI COUNTDOWN
Make a mini countdown with a favorite photo, then choose the font, text size and where the text sits. Show or hide "Days Left," set the text background's size and opacity, and pick the text and circle color from 33 colors.

TRIP REMINDERS AND TIPS
Get Disney World trip reminders and planning tips as your countdown gets close, like dining reservations, MagicBands, online check-in and PhotoPass. Pick quiet hours, or turn reminders off any time.

RIDES AND ATTRACTIONS CHECKLIST
Browse rides park by park, see height restrictions, and check off each ride as you go.

DISNEY TRIVIA
Play Disney trivia while the days tick down, keep score and send in your own questions.

PACKING CHECKLIST
Start with a built-in Disney World packing list, with park bag essentials, MagicBands, ponchos, Minnie ears, travel-day items and gear for little kids, then add your own items.

PRINT OR SHARE YOUR LIST
Turn your list into a full-page PDF to print or share, so everyone in your group packs the same way.

PHOTO SLIDESHOW
Pick from dozens of built-in Disney World photos, or add your own. Let the widget cycle through them as often as every minute or as slowly as once a day, or lock in a single favorite.

FULL-SCREEN SLIDESHOW
Open your photos full screen with the days left on screen, and set each photo to stay up for a second or as long as a day.

Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't function properly unless you allow push notifications, so that's not great.

I love this app. It has great planning lists and extras that help me to get even more excited about my next Disney trip. I'm on this app all the time. I used it while I was shopping and checked off items needed for my trip. I liked that I could add items. No more having to print since it's all at my fingertips.

Love this app, and the support! I was having trouble getting the countdown numbers to show in my home screen, so I contacted their support and got an answer right away. Over the next few days, he was able to help me fix the problem (my Google Pixel 3 is new to me) and now I am a happy camper! So excited about my upcoming trip in November and this app is a part of the anticipation! Great app, great service from a Class Act!! I especially love the reminders for fast passes and dining reservations.
