What is mindfulness meditation?
It is the attention paid to the present moment, without filter (we accept what comes), without judgment (we do not decide if it is good or bad, desirable or not) and without waiting (we do not look for something accurate).
It is thus observing without judging and analyzing.
Today, many scientific studies have shown that meditation increases brain activity and promotes positive emotions and immune defenses. Its effects on stress and health in general are widely recognized.
By practicing 10 minutes a day, you will already notice the effects of meditating on your health.
A coach can help you discover this technique and guide you in your path.
