I bought my ring from the company before they even started Shipping or production. After getting it and suffering from all the initial "be patient with us, we're fixing server issues" and still unavailable features that were marketed with the ring. started noticing that the resin on the ring was starting to crack and so contacted support and stopped used the ring as it is potentially dangerous. After an eternity to get answers and a lot of questions from them it turns out you're not supposed to

I had such high hopes for this ring & the data on the app. I really wanted to eliminate my smart watch. The app crashes incessantly & the data often takes a long time to load. Sometimes workouts take days to sync, making it impossible to even use the app during that process. The step count isn't even close & the sleep tracking is subpar, at best. Customer service is nonexistent, taking months to respond. Bottom line - buy any other product!

much improved until it wasn't. Update 4/27/26 - funny how the developer responded to my review but customer service can't respond to any requests or resolve any problems. My ring stopped tracking sleep data months ago and all troubleshooting efforts haven't fixed the problem. Customer service never responds. Sleep data is the main reason I bought the ring. Stay away from Circular.
