I am on day 2 with no data. I've resynchronized, recalibrated, and my battery is charged. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've been wearing this ring for less than a month and this is the second time it wants me to do a factory reset. The calibration period is 14 days. I started having issues with this early on as I wouldn't get alerts unless I opened the app. I question if it's worth it. when it works properly, I like it. I have all permissions allowed. It's frustrating.

For an almost $300 ring that doesn't sync properly, and has inaccurate data for sleep, steps and workouts, amongst other issues, I would stay away. The app is cluttered and overly complicated with too many metrics that don't actually populate. I understand it syncs to their own server before updating on the app but the lag is a deterrent when needed real time data and metrics. I ordered an obsidian black ring but they should have just called it dark silver because it isn't close to black.

I know nothing about developing apps, but I do know that you need to hire some new developers because this app is terrible. At times it has worked just fine and the data collected is at times accurate. But mostly the app is non-functional. At this point, almost a year into using the ring, I haven't been able to download my data for almost 2 months. My ring simply won't connect to the app unless I uninstall and reinstall the app and when you do that all the data is erased from the ring. Sucks
