I have backed the ring when it was still in development. it had some issues in the beginning but i enjoyed using it. unfortunately it started malfunctioning after a few months of use. the device would sometimes triple or quadruple my daily steps it also wouldn't register naps. I contacted customer service in the beginning of May 2026. after numerous emails I still don't have a resolution I send all documentation required and now I haven't heard from the company for 2 months.

update causes crash and unusable, shows the update notes the crashes. can't use until they fix it, going to guess their resolution will cause me to lose all data. -update-ok, no I did not contact the developers, yes they were quick to respond to my review but as I was part of the ring 2 backing, I have read plenty of how they try to fix and often repeated responses. my fix, clear cache, rebooted phone. launched app but still crashing. launch and place in multi view, app works and wait for sync

I bought my ring from the company before they even started Shipping or production. After getting it and suffering from all the initial "be patient with us, we're fixing server issues" and still unavailable features that were marketed with the ring. started noticing that the resin on the ring was starting to crack and so contacted support and stopped used the ring as it is potentially dangerous.
