Ratings and reviews

I don't have any complaint about the service. However, since I used their service once, I keep getting numerous calls (Tele Marketing) from Sheba for other services they offer; also unwanted pop-up Ads from the App every now and then (doesn't give any option to stop notification inside the App). I literally feel like I subscribed for spamming after using their service.

Customer Care Service, Premium Care Manager Miss Urmi's Service is outstanding. But the thing we need, the service provider's service. Their Skill, tools and logistics support is not up to the mark and lack of professionalism. If you want to pay through app the service provider don't accept it. They want cash payment.. But if you complain about something to customer care then you will get good care.. I can say.. They are trying to provide best service from the Management end.

Worst Service ever. Their app is good but service is not. I had requested a hlme shifting service, first person contacted me after a day. I didn’t like his quotation, so requested for a new service provider.. And then it took 3 days to response that they couldn’t provide the service as noone is available. Who the hell wait for this long period to contact their customer!! I'd complain through their support system but all in vain. Later took the service from truck lagbe. Not recommended at all.
