Ratings and reviews

1)Very long process of verification. 2)Verification failed multiple times. Require numerous documents for verification, which upon submitting still the verification fails. And customer service is too slow. Maybe a sloth is faster to respond. 3)No clear reason for rejection of verification. 4)Now no way to delink the bank card linked at the time of registration. 5)Delimobil is better - faster verification with minimum documentation.

It's amazing how a foreigner person residing in Moscow can use their services. I really liked everything because it makes my life easier, specially when it comes to fair calculation, parking, and refuling. However, the app does work only in the morning, after 12:00 or after I book a car I cannot access to the application and "failed to connect with the server message pops up which is a real irritating issue. You have to call the service, wait for 10 minutes on the line, and operator to end it .

Upon completing the submission of documents, they give this ticking clock of 3 hours, as if they will give you an answer within this time. Shortly, 5 days after, I still get the message "wait a little bit more". So much for the speed. I've been in St. Petersburg for 5 days, my vacation is over and obviously, I did not use city drive at all. Delimobil is by far the best service for foreigners. Registration took whole 5 min and cars are everywhere while prices are reasonable too.
