please cancel my subscription immediately, I didn't know when I subscribed. stop deducting money from my recharges. I kept sending STOP YD to 13200 but there's no change. cancel the subscription automatically I'm not interested.

Sadly the audiobook stops regularly when the screen of my device is off. Sometimes it stops even while I'm listening to an audiobook and doing something else, like playing. The error messages say: 1. Internet connection is required, 2. You have reached the end of the audiobook (even though it's not the end at all). That's annoying.

very useless app. i didn't subscribe but you keep removing #200 naira daily from my number. Stop this criminality.
