Apart from the obvious long list of carrier support, there is no visual confirmation that you will receive notifications when shipment statuses are updated or changed, and there are no settings for it. I cant confirm that this app even sends you notifications, since I've only had it for a few hours. It would be nice to see an update that gives us a visual confirmation that we will be seeing update notifications the moment they happen.

Best tracking app for all international tracking. Updates upon arrival can be a bit slow, but great nonetheless. No 5* due to crappy translation, but hopefully that will be fixed asap.

App is good n fast but all carriers are not available. especially Indian carriers and international post items you are tracking in domestic link.aftership is far better than 17track

It's a great app thanks but please can you add gdex to the list.
This is a great app. I have some suggestions for improvements, though. 1. There should be an option to set the status update interval. This is chiefly important when you're expecting something urgent to arrive and you can set the interval to a minimun so you can be notified when the parcel in en route to your place. 2. When the status shows "forwarded", it should also show the city where the package has been forwarded to. I'm not sure whether this is a matter of carriers being able to provide such information, but I can state that the Brazilian Correios show that information on their website. Therefore, this is information is stored in their database.
Why is this app so great? It also has apps on Windows 10 desktop and mobile which makes it better than everything else. I would like improvements on notifications (I don't always get them), though, and it should show the package's estimated arrival date.
Please add a text field to that lets me describe the tracking number. thanks. the app is awesome and gives live update. Please do not depend on Google translate. Get real people to translate. Translation to Arabic is incorrect.

1. U can click any tracking page, and u will see the function: Add Memo under the tracking number so u can describe the no.
2. Plz understand that human translation is expensive and not realistic; due to huge tracking requests of our app, currently we can only use robot translation.
Thx 4 yr understanding! It was working fine but now all the tracking details are showing in Chinese. The translate language is still English but still it's not translating. And I have updated to the latest available version.

Thank you, 17TRACK. It works, mostly. Can't seem to connect to Canada Post consistently. Always shows an error. Other than that, everything seems to work fine.

Thank you, 17TRACK. The app is great but recently the app with update is like its messed up giving wrong info going back and forth about the parcel The parcel is at destination and goes back to the previous location so its not easy to track the parcel now its confusing

Hello, according to our experience, for most international postal mails, the shipping time is unpredictable and unavailable; normally it could take a few weeks for delivery.
Unlike the express mails, whose ETA can be directly found on the official websites of the carriers.
Therefore, as the ETA is currently not available. Thx for yr understanding. Nothing extra compared to the tracking info already available from AliExpress. Might be ok if you need to track other packages, though.

Thank you, 17TRACK. If you buy something in China, better get this app for tracking the item movement in China. But it's not going to track anything outside China
Use often, very helpful. Would really help if it could tell you where on its trip your item is. But nonetheless very helpful
Really simple app, register process sucks, nice design, not enough carriers to be usable though, deliveries app is far better.
